Hannes Hüllenkremer advises companies and shareholders on commercial and corporate law, IT and data protection law, and company acquisitions and sales. As a Certified Legal Expert in Commercial & Corporate Law, he combines the drafting of complex contracts with extensive experience in litigation – clear, strategic and consistently solution-oriented, in German and English.
