Prof. Wolf M. Nietzer, MBA, LL.M.

Wolf M. Nietzer continues the Nietzer legal tradition, established in 1924, in the third generation. He advises national and international companies on M&A transactions, commercial and corporate law and German-American business law. Admitted as a lawyer in Germany and as an Attorney at Law in New York – with admission to the U.S. Supreme Court – he supports clients on both sides of the Atlantic: from structuring the acquisition and conducting due diligence to drafting and negotiating contracts in German and English.

• M&A / Transactions: support for national and cross-border company acquisitions and sales, structuring and management of the transaction process, coordination of (legal) due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation through signing and closing.
