Marco Schrank

Marco Schrank advises companies with a focus on labor and employment law. As a Certified Legal Expert in Labor & Employment Law, he supports clients both in an advisory capacity and in court. He is also active in contract and commercial law, in commercial tenancy law – advising and drafting contracts – and in civil procedure; he has successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in commercial and corporate law.

• Labor and Employment Law: advice and representation of companies in employment matters (including drafting employment contracts, termination of employment relationships, unfair dismissal proceedings).

• Contract and Commercial Law: drafting and review of commercial contracts (completed specialist lawyer course in commercial and corporate law).

• Commercial Tenancy Law: advice to landlords and tenants as well as drafting and review of commercial lease agreements.

• Civil Procedure: enforcement and defense of claims in court.
