Hannes Hüllenkremer

Mr. Hüllenkremer (Partner) has been admitted to the bar since 2013 and advises companies on all aspects of commercial law. His particular areas of expertise are commercial and corporate law (specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law), IT law, and data protection law.

He also has extensive experience in litigation and drafting complex contracts. Mr. Hüllenkremer also advises on corporate acquisitions and disposals, including due diligence.

 

Attorney Hüllenkremer advises clients in German and English and, thanks to his sound training, specialist legal expertise, and many years of experience, provides clear, strategic, and consistently solution-oriented advice—both in and out of court.

 

After studying law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, which he completed with the First State Examination in 2010, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, where he passed the Second State Examination in 2012.

In 2013, he further enhanced his profile by successfully completing the specialist lawyer course in IT law. He also completed the specialist lawyer course in commercial and corporate law, earning him the title of specialist lawyer in commercial and corporate law.
